FutebolCard, through its ticket sales website, provides tickets, and the event producer is solely responsible for the execution and organization of the event.

Questions regarding the purchase policy and terms can be clarified with CLUBE DE REGATAS FLAMENGO (CNPJ: 33.649.575/0001-99).

ATTENTION: The purchase will be subject to ticket availability and approval by your credit card operator.

When purchasing on our website, your order may be subject to analysis and approval by our security department, which may request verification documents to finalize your order.

Please note that the payment gateway and the anti-fraud system are the sole responsibility of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. Therefore, for questions and/or support requests, you must contact Flamengo directly via email at faleconosco.nacao@flamengo.com.br or via WhatsApp at (21) 3512-1212.

Please carefully review your order details (event, date, time, quantities, sector, seat, protocols, and security measures) before confirming your purchase. Ticket exchanges or refunds will not be permitted. Your ticket is a unique product, meaning that after purchase it will no longer be available for sale.

Through this Purchase Term, Users acknowledge that the falsification or alteration of any document required for stadium entry is prohibited and constitutes a crime under the Brazilian Penal Code, subject to legal prosecution.

Users also acknowledge that they may be approached at any time by event organizers or public authorities to present documentation and, in the absence of such documentation, they will be asked to leave the event.

PROCESSING OF USERS PERSONAL DATA

It is ensured that the personal data provided by the User will only be used for specific purposes related to ticketing and stadium access control, in accordance with the clauses of this Term. The transfer of data to third parties without the users explicit and specific authorization is expressly prohibited.

Flamengo and FutebolCard will fully comply with the provisions set forth in Law 13.709/2018 – the Data Protection Law.

Flamengo undertakes to immediately inform the user and the National Data Protection Authority, under the terms and conditions set forth in Law 13.709/2018, and to provide all necessary cooperation in any investigation that may be conducted in the event of a security breach or suspicion thereof, regardless of whether the security and integrity of personal data are affected.

All technical and administrative measures will be applied to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against any other unlawful form of processing.

Users personal data will be stored for a period of 5 (five) years and may only be shared with the prior and express consent of the User or by determination of competent public authorities, police authorities, and the Judiciary. After this period, the data will be securely disposed of.

It is hereby established that the registered User will be the sole and exclusive party responsible, in any case, for all damages and losses of any nature caused to Flamengo or third parties resulting from the improper disclosure and/or transfer of personal data to which they had access and other data owned by Flamengo, being liable for themselves and for their successors, partners, subcontractors, and service providers hired by them.

STADIUM ACCESS

Access to the stadium must be carried out through the use of registered facial biometrics. The access method to be used is NOT the free choice of the buyer and will depend on other factors, such as whether the buyer is a supporter member, whether more than one ticket was purchased for the match, and the technical availability of the stadium where the match will take place.

Stadium access rules may also be subject to sudden changes in case of determinations or decisions from competent public security authorities.

Access to the stadium will only occur upon presentation of the ticket and an original identification document with photo and CPF may be requested. The ticket buyer will be informed of the access method that must be used, as well as the entrance gate to the selected stadium sector.

After the purchase, changing the access method will not be allowed. If this becomes necessary, cancel the purchase following the process and rules defined in this Purchase Term, and then purchase the ticket or tickets again.

Each ticket is personal and non transferable and can only be used by the registered holder at the time of purchase. Changing the ticket holder after the purchase has been completed is not allowed.

CONVENIENCE FEE

Please be aware that a convenience fee will be applied to your purchase.
This fee is charged to cover the costs associated with providing online services. In case of ticket cancellation, the convenience fee will not be refunded. This fee will be retained to cover the administrative costs associated with processing your order.

TICKET QUANTITY

Supporter members may purchase with the benefits of the program, such as priority and or discounts, the number of tickets defined in their plan. Please review the Program Terms of Use at the link https://mengo.com.br/termos-de-uso.

Members who have the right to a guest must register the guest at the time of purchase. After the purchase is completed, it is not possible to change or replace the guest linked to the ticket, even if the new guest is registered in the member guest list.

If ticket sales for the general public, non supporter members, are also being carried out through this website, each user may purchase up to the maximum limit of 3 tickets without the benefits of the supporter member program.

Supporter members may purchase up to the maximum limit of 3 tickets, in addition to those allowed by their plan, during the period when ticket sales are open to the general public, if this sale is also being carried out through this website. An individual voucher will be generated for each purchase.

FREE ADMISSION

According to law number 3150 of 2014, free access to sports activities held in stadiums and arenas located within the territorial scope of the state of Rio de Janeiro is regulated for the following beneficiaries: persons with disabilities or persons with disabilities with companion, children under 12 years old, and seniors aged 60 years or older.

HALF PRICE TICKET

The granting of half price tickets will follow the legal limit of up to 40 percent of the available tickets in each stadium sector, according to current legislation. The sale of half price tickets is subject to ticket availability within this limit.

PURCHASE CANCELLATION PROCESS

If it is necessary to cancel an order, access the website ingressos.flamengo.com.br using your login and password and click on TICKETS.

Click on TICKETS, locate the purchase you want to cancel, select the items you want to cancel and proceed with the cancellation by clicking CANCEL ORDER.

Attention: the cancellation is only completed after this procedure is finished by the supporter through the website. Refund requests sent by email or customer service will not be executed.

PURCHASE CANCELLATION RULES

The cancellation must be carried out through the same purchase channel, without penalty fees.

The cancellation must be completed before the match takes place.

The cancellation must be requested within a maximum of 7 days after the purchase date. If the purchase was made less than 7 days before the match date, the cancellation must be carried out at least 48 hours before the start of the match due to the exceptional conditions of this event. After this period, it will no longer be possible to request cancellation because the amounts are transferred to the event organizers and are not retained by FutebolCard.

Cancellation will not be carried out if the ticket has already been collected at the ticket office or used to attend the match.

A purchased ticket cannot be transferred to another match. After the cancellation is confirmed in the system, the ticket will automatically be made available for sale again, except in cases of absence from the match because there will no longer be sufficient time to make the ticket available for sale. After the purchase and ticket collection, it becomes the full responsibility of the user and cannot be refunded or reprinted in case of loss, theft or damaged tickets.

The refund of the ticket face value will be carried out on the website through the appropriate link which, after confirming its authenticity, will request the refund from the credit card administrator. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund may appear on the statement within up to 60 calendar days depending on the billing cycle and the policies of the card administrator. For purchases made through PIX payments, the refund period may take up to 48 hours.

Please remember that these deadlines may vary according to the financial institution and the type of transaction.

Only the User who is the owner of the purchase registration can request the order cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MATCHES WHERE FLAMENGO IS THE AWAY TEAM

For matches where Flamengo plays as the away team and ticket sales occur through the official platform https://ingressos.flamengo.com.br, Flamengo is not required to follow the cancellation policy of the home club because it has its own cancellation policy.

Cancellations may be carried out up to 7 days after the online purchase according to legislation and up to 72 hours before the start time of the event exclusively through the website as established by the Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION DUE TO THE USE OF FRAUDULENT METHODS IN THE VIRTUAL PURCHASE PROCESS

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the purchase of tickets acquired through fraudulent cyber methods such as hacker software, automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence or any other fraudulent virtual purchasing method. If the use of such methods is identified, the ticket will be automatically canceled without prior notice and without prejudice to blocking the offending user access for future ticket purchases. In addition, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo may take the appropriate legal measures against those responsible for illegal activity on their account.

USE OF THE FLA+ AREA

The Premium Environment was created to provide a unique and exclusive experience for supporter members.

1. Access to the Fla+ Area
1.1. Ticket purchase through the official sales channels.
1.1.1. Access to the Fla+ Area is allowed only for users who purchase tickets for the West Sector and Lower East Sector.
1.1.2. Access to the Fla+ Area is personal and non transferable.

1.2. Redemption with Points and Discounts
1.2.1. After purchasing a ticket for the West Sector or the Lower East Sector, access to the Fla+ Area must be guaranteed through point redemption in the Fla Experience program or by purchasing a supporter membership.
1.2.2. Point redemption must be carried out according to the instructions available on the official Fla Experience website.

1.3. Access Confirmation
1.3.1. Confirmation of access to the Fla+ Area will be made upon presentation of the West Sector ticket, a valid photo identification document and proof of point redemption or supporter membership purchase at the entrance of the area.
1.3.2. There are no marked seats or spaces in the Lower East Sector stands.
1.3.3. All supporters who purchase the Fla+ ticket for the Lower West Sector must watch the match seated in the seat selected at the time of purchasing the ticket for the West Sector.

2. Operating Hours
2.1. Open Buffet
2.1.1. The buffet service will be available from the opening of the gates until 15 minutes after the end of the match.
2.1.2. The buffet will include a variety of gastronomic options that may vary for each match.
2.1.3. It is forbidden to leave the Fla+ Area with food.

2.2. Draft Beer Service
2.2.1. The draft beer service will be available from the opening of the gates until 15 minutes into the second half of the match.
2.2.2. The quantity of draft beer served may be limited according to responsible consumption policies.
2.2.3. A maximum of 2 glasses of draft beer may be served at a time.
2.2.4. It is forbidden to leave the Fla+ Area with beverages.

3. Rules of Conduct
3.1. Behavior in the Fla+ Area
3.1.1. Users must maintain respectful and cordial behavior with other supporters and with the service staff.
3.1.2. Violence, harassment and any type of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the area.

3.2. Respect for the Environment
3.2.1. It is forbidden to smoke, use illegal substances or cause damage to the property of the Fla+ Area.
3.2.2. Any damage caused by supporters will be their responsibility and may result in charges for repairs.

3.3. Alcohol Consumption
3.3.1. The consumption of alcoholic beverages must be done in moderation. The Fla+ Area team reserves the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to supporters who show signs of intoxication or who present inappropriate behavior.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Ticket Cancellation
4.1.1. In case of cancellation of the ticket for the West Sector, access to the Fla+ Area will be automatically canceled.
4.1.2. There will be no refund of redeemed points or the amount paid for access to the Fla+ Area in case of absence.

4.2. Service Cancellation
4.2.1. The Fla+ Area reserves the right to cancel specific services or events in cases of force majeure or for operational reasons. In this case, an alternative compensation will be offered to affected supporters.

GENERAL RULES

After completing the purchase, it will not be possible to change the sector, seat, from half price to full price, or from full price to half price. If you consider a change necessary, cancel your purchase according to the process and rules defined in these Purchase Terms and then purchase your ticket or tickets again.

After the start of the second half of the match, access to the stadium may be denied according to the determination of the local police authorities. Neither the Club nor FutebolCard has authority over this decision and no refund of any amount paid will be granted.

All ticket holders for the Maracana Mais and Lower West Plus sectors must watch the match seated. The buffet price for Maracana Mais is 75.00 BRL per ticket when available for the match. The supporter member discount is applied only to the ticket price and is not valid for the buffet. The same rule applies to half price tickets under the terms of article 1 paragraph 1 of Law number 12.933 of 2013. The legal discount applies only to the ticket price and does not include the buffet or other additional services.

In cases where the event is canceled by Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, the amounts related to the tickets will be refunded by the Club itself.

In the event of loss of the ticket or voucher, FutebolCard is not responsible for issuing a new ticket or voucher.

Tickets or vouchers obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit. If FutebolCard verifies such practice it may revoke, invalidate or cancel them without any right to refund.

FutebolCard is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels, whether through individuals, companies, other websites or internet communities with which FutebolCard has no relationship.

The User is responsible and must always carefully check the order details such as type of purchase, event, date, time, quantities, seat, sector, protocols and security measures before confirming the purchase. The ticket is a unique product and after the purchase it will no longer be available for sale.

FutebolCard will provide service or support only to the User, meaning the individual or legal entity properly registered, and exclusively for purchases that can be proven to have occurred through that User account on the ticket sales website.

The purchase and cancellation rules are established by Clube de Regatas do Flamengo.

The supporter who fails to comply with any rules of conduct established by the home club will be instructed to follow the rules and if the violation continues may be removed from the stadium without prejudice to other administrative civil or criminal sanctions that may apply.

The ticket sales website belongs to FutebolCard which granted a license of use to Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. FutebolCard provides services for selling and promoting events and is not part of the production or organization of the events published on the website.
